Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 yrs experience in a same/similar role
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently but at the same time has the ability to be a strong team player
  • Financial & Business acumen

  • Assisting the GM
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store goals
  • Drive sales and marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in administrative/payroll functions
  • Ensuring the team is utilised effectively
  • Ensure excellent customer service and experience
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with processes & policy
  • Merchandising
  • Complete stock management
  • Housekeeping
Working Conditions:
  • Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Moderate walking, Standing, sitting as well as bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting.
  • Time spent in refrigerated and storage areas.
  • Working in a retail environment, work outside and inside, exposure to dampness, sun and humidity as well as cold temperatures in fridges.
  • Occassional external events.
