R 30 000 CTC per month
Our client is currently seeking the expertise of an Account Manager to join their team.
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to action and execute delivery for customers on projects and campaigns. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to ensure projects run smoothly, that relationships with customers are continuously built and that everyone is efficiently communicated with such that all customers are happy.
- The Account Manager would work across all products - competition fulfillment, vouchers, coupons, brand campaigns, etc. Ensure actioning and delivery is happening for all customers on all these different areas.
- Proactively keeping on top of all communication both internally and with clients to ensure that everyone is kept informed and client projects are running smoothly.
- Build strong networks and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Be hands-on in managing projects within the given time frames, budget and quality requirements, in order to maintain excellent delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand and drive the culture by ensuring that everything we do is aligned to who we are as a business and what we want to bring to our customers
- Tertiary education - Marketing Degree/Diploma would be an advantage
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience within a similar role of an Account Manager / Key Account Manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to project management would be an advantage
